1. CONVENE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY MEETING
President Love called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M.

Director Dawson

Review Agenda
Without objection from the Board, President Love proceeded with the Agenda for the evening.
2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES

EDA Minutes of February 24. 2002
Turgeon moved, Garfunkel seconded, Approving the EDA Meeting Minutes of February 24, 2002,
as presented. Motion passed 5/0.
3. CONSENT AGENDA
A. Budget Monitoring Report
Lizee moved, Zerby seconded, Approving the Motions Contained on the Consent Agenda and
Adopting the Resolutions Therein. Motion passed 5/0.
4. NEW BUSINESS
A. Approve Payment of Claims
Lizee moved, Zerby seconded, Approving the Payments of Claims as presented. Motion passed 5/0.
B. Award of Bids and Authorization of Assignment of Contracts for South Lake
Minnetonka Public Safety Facility-West Side
Lizee moved, Turgeon seconded, Continuing the Award of Bids and Authorization of Assignment of
Contracts for the South Lake Minnetonka Public Safety Facility- West Side to Friday, March 28, at
6:00 P.M. Motion passed 5/0.

Lizee moved, Zerby seconded, Approving the Revised Policies and Procedures for Building
Projects. Motion passed 5/0.
5. OTHER BUSINESS
A. Update on Proposed Legislation
Administrator Dawson explained this matter had been detailed in the discussions at the Joint Meeting of
the Excelsior Fire District and South Lake Minnetonka Police Department Governing Boards held earlier
in the evening, thus there was nothing further to report. EDA Boardmembers expressed appreciation of
Administrator Dawson's efforts in this matter.

Lizee moved, Zerby seconded, Adjourning the EDA Meeting of March 25, 2003, at 7:38 P.M.
